41. A disciplinary citation is a proceeding subsequent to a complaint concerning the conduct of a member, the purpose of which is to decide whether the conduct is a violation of this By-law which may entail the imposition of a penalty.
The citation contains as many counts as there are alleged violations. Each count of a citation must describe the conduct constituting a violation of this By-law and indicate what provision has allegedly been violated, as well as the time and place of the alleged violation. The citation is notified to the member concerned.
